You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Certain products may only be eligible for replacement, not refund.
- All refunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a replacement.
